"Somatic meditations are opportunities for you to hold space for and communicate with your mind and body. In 30-minutes you are guided to observe what your mind is full of (aka mindful of) as you focus on various spaces in your body. The purpose of this meditation is to find relief from pain, illness or stress while strengthening your relationship with your mind and body."
