Meditation focused on mindfulness & loving kindness. We will explore practices to cultivate a mind of nonjudgment and meet each moment with kindness. Mindful breathing and simple grounding practices will be offered. This session is an invitation to cultivate forgiveness, connection to others, self-acceptance, and more. It is a practice of asking yourself to send kindness your way or to others. In this session compassion phrases will be explored.
