Beginner Hatha Yoga

We will incorporate yoga postures and breathing exercises to help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation. This class will be relatively gentle, slow and great for those who prefer a more relaxed style where they hold yoga poses longer.
