The intention behind The People's Practice is to restore indigenous presence to our consciousness, while inspiring a peaceful union between our bodies and minds. Through incorporating styles like Ashtanga, Kemetic, Hatha and Tao healing arts, we will educate and expose people to the diversity within the lineages of yoga. These ancient methods employ breath, sound and movement to still the mind and liberate the body.
